Our two-and-a-half-hour in-home class (Nashville only) is the ultimate baby + postpartum prep session. Perfect for first-time parents, grandparents, and caregivers, this one-on-one session helps you feel confident and equipped before baby arrives.

A registered nurse from our team will come to your home and walk you through everything you need to know, including:

  • Healthy sleep habits

  • Safe sleep practices

  • Postpartum recovery + nutrition

  • Postpartum emotions (PPD & PPA)

  • Swaddling techniques

  • Diapering basics

  • Circumcision care

  • Breast and bottle feeding education

  • Bath time essentials

  • Baby’s schedule + nighttime routine

To ensure you're prepared, plan to book your Baby 101 Class for about two months before your due date. Since scheduling may take 2–6 weeks after inquiry, reach out at least three months prior to your due date to guarantee a spot. The earlier you inquire, the better—especially in case baby arrives ahead of schedule!
