BABY 101 VIDEO COURSE
Lauren Johnson - Owner, CEO + Infant Sleep Strategist
Bringing a new baby home is a big transition for everyone - not just mom. That’s why we created Baby 101: to give you (and your whole support team) the practical education, gentle guidance, and confidence needed for those first tender weeks at home.
This course was created for:
The first-time mom wanting to walk into postpartum feeling prepared and confident
The dad who likes a game plan, and wants to know exactly how to support mom in those early weeks
The grandparents who want a gentle refresher
The caregiver or nanny who wants clear, modern guidance
Anyone who wants to care for a newborn with confidence, safety, and ease
Are you ready to feel confident from day one? Let’s get started!
what you’ll learn from baby 101
-
The 4th trimester won’t feel mysterious or overwhelming anymore. You’ll feel informed, seen, and supported - more prepared for your own healing, more confident in what your body is doing, and more grounded in the rhythms of early parenthood. Instead of second-guessing yourself, you’ll walk away with clarity, peace, and the assurance that you really can trust your intuition in this new season.
-
Bedtime won’t feel like something you have to figure out on the fly. You’ll walk into those first nights at home with a clear, gentle rhythm ready to try - one that feels peaceful for your baby and doable for you. With simple routines and scheduling tips already in your back pocket, you’ll feel calmer, more confident, and ready for restful evenings from the start.
-
Feeding your baby is deeply personal, and there’s no one “right” way to do it. As you move through this section, you’ll learn the ins and outs of breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, and combo-feeding - along with practical tips for comfort, gas, latch, pacing, and those long cluster-feeding evenings. You’ll walk away with clarity, confidence, and the reassurance that you are fully capable of feeding your baby well.
-
Sleep in the postpartum season affects everything - healing, hormones, mood, focus. You’ll learn how to support your own rest while also beginning healthy habits for your baby. We’ll unpack Lauren’s sleep training method and give you practical strategies and schedules you can use from the start. You’ll come out feeling more prepared, more capable, and more hopeful about what nights and naps can look like.
-
Watch Lauren walk you through everything in real time - how to feed your baby, swaddle with confidence, and safely buckle your little one into their car seat. It’s like having a newborn expert right there beside you, showing you exactly what to do!
-
Our heart behind this course is simple: to make sure you feel supported in every corner of the postpartum and newborn season - nothing overlooked, nothing left to figure out alone.

The course includes over 2 hours of video content, but it will probably take everyone a different amount of time to get through, depending on the time you have available to watch it, whether or not you want to take notes, etc. We would say a minimum of 2-3 hours! It’s a lot of good content!

This course is truly unlike any other baby course! It will help you feel confident caring for your baby, but it also puts a special emphasis on mom and her postpartum care and recovery!
-
Yes! We don’t reference twins specifically, but this would be a great resource for twin parents! Bringing two babies home at once is a learning curve in itself, and this would help take out a lot of the “guesswork” that comes with that. Our social media manager, Amy, is a twin mom, and she wishes she had this resource when her twins were babies!
