The Subscriber directly provides the Company with most of the data we collect. The Company collects Personal Data from the Subscriber from the following sources:

(i) Information provided during registration and use of the Services (including, but not limited to, name, username, password, email address, phone number, biographical information, links to social media profiles, and other contact details).

(ii) Data collected automatically through the Subscriber's use of the Services (including, but not limited to, device type, app version, operating system, IP address, usage data, and diagnostic information).

(iii) Location information, if the Subscriber enables location services on their device or while using the Services.

(iv) Communications and support interactions (including, but not limited to, when the Subscriber contacts the Company, provides feedback, or responds to surveys).

(v) Third-party integrations and services (including, but not limited to, analytics providers, advertising networks, email marketing platforms, or social media platforms, if the Subscriber links or interacts with them through the Services).

(vi) Content the Subscriber uploads or submits (including, but not limited to, photos, videos, messages, or documents, depending on the Services and their features).

3. Processing of Personal Data.

(a) The Company processes the Subscriber’s Personal Data to provide, operate, and improve the Services, ensure optimal performance, troubleshoot potential issues, deliver customer support, personalize user experience, ensure security and fraud prevention, communicate important updates and promotional content, and comply with legal obligations.

(b) The Company will generally collect Personal Data from Subscribers only where it needs to create a contract with the Subscriber, where the processing is in the Company’s legitimate interests and not overridden by the Subscriber’s data protection interests or fundamental rights and freedoms, or where the Company has the Subscriber’s consent. In some cases, the Company may also have a legal obligation to collect Personal Data from the Subscriber.

(c) If the Company processes Personal Data with the Subscriber’s consent, the Subscriber may withdraw their consent at any time.

4. Sharing of Personal Data.

(a) The Subscriber acknowledges that the Company may share the Subscriber’s Personal Data with its group companies and third-party service providers to offer the Subscriber the Company’s Service(s) and/or send information or updates about the Service(s).

(b) When the Company processes the Subscriber’s order, it may send the Subscriber’s Personal Data and use the resulting information from credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases.

(c) The Company shares Personal Data in the following instances:

(i) With service providers and partners who assist in operating the application and providing related services (e.g., hosting, analytics, payment processing), under contractual obligations to protect the data.

(ii) With third-party tools and integrations (such as analytics and advertising partners) to help measure usage, performance, and deliver relevant content or promotions, subject to user consent where required.
