Hi, my name is Natalia! I am originally from Colombia, South America but I have lived in TN for most of my life.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Lee University and later moved to Nashville to be closer to family. Caring for others has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember, and nursing has allowed me to turn that passion into a meaningful career. I began my nursing journey caring for immunocompromised oncology patients, where I developed a strong foundation in compassionate, detail-oriented care. I then transitioned into my dream role as a NICU nurse, where I have had the privilege of caring for premature and critically ill newborns and supporting their families during some of their most challenging and rewarding moments.

I am now choosing to expand my knowledge to also take care of mamas by pursuing my Nurse Practitioner degree in Women’s Health. At Choose Joy Nursing, I am committed to providing exceptional care with empathy, dedication, and thoughtfulness. My goal is to support every family with the same compassion and excellence that inspired me to become a nurse.
