Hi, I’m Joi! I’ve been a registered nurse for about 10 years, with experience across many areas of healthcare, including heart hospitals, home health, infusion nursing, and RN case management.

Most of my nursing career has been in fetal–maternal care, where I’ve worked primarily as a clinical lead on a postpartum unit. Taking care of moms and babies is truly my passion.

My love for this field is personal. My only child was born as a micro-preemie, and the compassion and dedication shown by the nurses and NICU team during that time inspired me to become a nurse. That experience continues to shape the way I care for families every day!
