Hi! My name is Emily! I grew up in the Hendersonville area and graduated from The University of Tennessee - Knoxville with my BSN in 2016.

Since graduation I have worked as a postpartum nurse and most recently an OR nurse cross trained in pre-op and PACU. Having the chance to be in the OR during surgery has helped me provide better care to clients during their recovery after seeing what their bodies have been through. I have experience caring for clients recovering from a wide range of surgeries. No one is meant to go through recovery alone. I am grateful Choose Joy Nursing has given me the opportunity to provide support, education, and compassionate care from the comfort of your own home.

When not working I can be found outdoors, traveling, reading a good book, taking a Lagree class, or snuggling my two fur babies Annabel and Teddy!
