Hi! My name is Carah! I grew up in Ohio and am a proud (and very loyal!) Ohio State Buckeyes fan - O-H!

I have Bachelors of Science degrees from both FSU and USF. I’m currently a NICU nurse and Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) student with a true passion for caring for the tiniest patients. Working in the NICU has given me extensive experience with newborns who need extra attentiveness, patience, and specialized care, and it has only deepened my love for supporting both babies and their families during such a tender season of life. I value being a calm, confident, and nurturing presence in the home.

Whether it’s soothing a fussy newborn, supporting feeding routines, maintaining safe sleep practices, or simply offering reassurance, I bring both clinical knowledge and genuine warmth to every family I work with.

Outside of work and school, I love sports, fashion, and spending time with my sweet pets. Caring for little ones is truly my heart, and I feel so honored to step into this special chapter with your family. I look forward to loving on your babies and giving you the peace of mind, and rest, you deserve.
