We recommend booking as early as possible — ideally 6+ months before your due date. Our calendar fills quickly, and early booking guarantees you’ll have the support you need when baby arrives!

Yes! While a standard night shift is 10 hours (typically 9 PM–7 AM), we can adjust start and end times to meet your family’s needs. I.e., 8 PM - 6 AM or 10 PM - 8 AM. Additional hours can also be added as needed — we're here to make this work for you.

Yes, absolutely! We have plenty of parents who will take advantage of this time and to go on a dinner date or to the gym. We want you to use this time for you AND also get as much rest as possible.
